By creating an account and using this platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

This platform lets event organisers sell tickets and manage entry. Tickets are sold by the Organiser, not by the Platform. Your contract for any ticket is with the Organiser; the Platform provides the technology.

2. Your account

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time passcode. Keep your device and access to your number secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Accounts are per-organiser: an account on one Organiser's site does not give access to another's.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

3. Tickets, payment and GST

Prices, availability, and event details are set by the Organiser. Payment is taken securely via the Organiser's payment gateway (Razorpay/Paytm).
A GST-compliant invoice is issued for your purchase where applicable.
Your confirmation is a QR code that proves your purchase; entry passes are issued at collection/delivery. Do not share your QR — anyone who presents it may be admitted or may collect your passes.

4. Delivery, collection and entry

Where offered, you may choose home delivery, counter pickup, or venue-window collection. Home delivery requires a serviceable address and may carry a delivery charge shown before payment.
Entry passes are validated at the gate. A pass already used, revoked, or expired will be refused. Attempting to enter with a duplicated or forged pass may be reported.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Organiser's policy and applicable law. The Platform does not offer buyer-initiated cancellation/transfer unless the Organiser enables it. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method and a GST credit note is issued where applicable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — no fraud, no attempting to access other users' or organisers' data, no automated abuse of OTP/booking/entry endpoints, no reselling in violation of the Organiser's rules.

7. Data protection

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act, 2023. By using the service you consent to that processing.

8. Liability & changes

The platform is provided "as is"; the Organiser is responsible for the event itself.
We may update these Terms; material changes trigger a new version and a re-acceptance prompt at your next login.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
